Service Description

Spanish Fort Public Library, Prodisee Pantry, and The Cookery Project are bringing the Read Healthy 2023 summer program alive thanks to a generous grant from Dollar General! This new program will provide cookbooks, nutrition facts, and weekly meal boxes for 100 families in the Baldwin County area. This program is for 7 weeks throughout the summer. Register one time for the entire summer. Meal kits can be picked up each Tuesday from noon until 2 pm. MISSED PICKUPS WILL NOT BE HELD. Weekly meal kit examples include the ingredients and recipe for: 🦐Italian Zucchini Shrimp Boats 🥬Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps 🐟Squash, White Fish, and Rice Casserole 🧆Baked Zucchini Meatballs with Green Beans 🦃Turkey, Apple, Spinach Quesadilla 🥕Salmon Patties with Roasted Veggies 🍗Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
